Chicken Tikka Fritters


  • 500g Cooked chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp Tikka powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic (pureed)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Plain flour
  • 40g Spring onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice



  1. Cut the chicken into very small pieces and place in a large mixing bowl with the tikka powder, garlic, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix until fully coated, cover and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
  3. Remove the chicken from the fridge and add the spring onion, eggs, sour cream, black pepper and flour to the bowl. Stir well to combine.
  4. Heat a frying pan on medium heat. Once heated, place drops of the fritter mix in the pan. Cook turning halfway for 2–3 minutes on each side. Place on a greaseproof lined plate while you repeat the process until all fritters are cooked.
