Hi there, my name is Jennifer Bell and I’m the Service Manager at Busy Bees at Chinchilla. I started with the service in 2011 and have since been involved in many different roles, taking over as Service Manager over 4 years ago. I have 20 years of Early Childhood experience working in rural communities, regional towns, mobile services, and even studying in Reggio Emilia, Italy, before I joined the team at Chinchilla.
I believe in building strong community and family connections to create the best outcomes for our children. As a parent of my own young children, this is one of my most important values. I believe that strong communication is at the core of providing high quality Care for children and families, and we strive to make it a core part of our Service.
The team of passionate educators we’ve created at Chinchilla is what I believe is my biggest strength. As a Service Manager, I strive to continuously grow, challenge and connect with each and every member of the team. Together, we make sure that the needs of every stakeholder within our Service are met, so we can continue to provide play, joy and positive learning outcomes.
