My name is Rebecca Scholl and I’m the Service Manager at Busy Bees at Toowoomba West. I have 22 years’ experience providing early education and care for young children, and hold an Advanced Diploma of Children’s Services.
My experience has spanned many roles, including family day care provider, Assistant Educator, Lead Educator, Educational Leader and 2IC, including my current role as Service Manager for the last 3 years.
I have a strong passion for providing quality care, a safe environment and high quality early education for all children. It is the right of every child to feel safe and secure. I believe children need a strong sense of belonging to learn and develop to achieve the best start in life.
That’s why it’s important to create a sense of community within our Service, as we build trusting and respectful relationships with all Families. In life, our families are our first and foremost educators, and through them we learn the most about the children we care for each day. Our Educators build a strong relationship with each child’s Family to help them enhance their Early Learning experience.
As a team leader, I’m passionate about the growth and continuous development of all our Educators, and encourage my team to challenge each other and reach higher. Together, we are continuously building a strong team who share the same beliefs in positive outcomes for children.
I am committed to my philosophy to reach positive outcomes for children through the discovery and development of respectful relationships. The strong community within our Service is the perfect environment for growth and development, not just for our children but our Educators as well.
Nurturing responsive relationships are our primary focus for our nursery children.
