Refer a Friend
Easily refer a friend using our online form.

Friend Enrols for 6 Weeks
Your friend needs to enrol and attend for at least 6 weeks, with a minimum of 2 days per week.

Receive $500 Credit in Week 7
Starting in Week 7, both you and your referred friend receive a $500 childcare credit.
Spread the Word, Earn the Reward
* A $100 discount (before CCS) will be applied for each day the child is booked, starting from the 7th week after the new family begins care. This will continue until the full $500 credit has been applied. The discount may take up to five business days to appear in full.
- Newly referred families must be new to the eligible Busy Bees Service and enrol their child/ren before Sunday 18 August 2024.
- Newly referred families must be enrolled at Busy Bees at Warner 1 or 2 for a minimum of 2 days per week for the first 6 weeks of enrolment.
- Existing families must be enrolled and currently attending Busy Bees at Warner 1 or 2.
- Family accounts must be continuously paid and up to date as of the redemption date to be eligible.
- 1 x $500 credit will be applied to both the existing and newly referred family accounts on the 7th and 8th week of the referred family’s enrolment.
- The Service Manager must complete the required 2024 Promotions Registration Form, ensuring they include the below details:
- The full name of one parent/guardian from the existing (referring) family
- At least one (1) full name of parent/guardian from the ”New” (referred) family;
- The start date of “New” (referred) family’s child/ren who have been enrolled.
- The above details must be provided prior to the “New” child/ren’s commencement of care begins and can be completed at enrolment stage.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or Busy Bees discount.
- This offer is not available to families currently receiving Additional Childcare Subsidy.
- Only families that are currently enrolled at Busy Bees at Warner 1 or 2 and families who are enrolling at Busy Bees at Warner 1 or 2 are eligible to redeem this promotional offer
- This offer applies to New Bookings only.
- This offer is not redeemable for cash.
- This offer is subject to availability of Busy Bees at Warner 1 or 2.
- Tuition credit is applied to the full fee prior to Childcare Subsidy being applied.
