Hi, I’m Anna and I’ve had the privilege of working in early learning since 2003.
At Busy Bees Bayswater North, our team fosters holistic early learning experiences and a community that supports both children and their families.
We have a range of indoor and outdoor learning spaces, designed to inspire exploration, creativity and the development of each child. Throughout their time at our Bayswater North childcare centre, children are exposed to enriching experiences, such as nature-based play and music lessons, that help them grow socially and emotionally.

Centre Director – 23+ years of experience
“I'm passionate about lifelong learning and believe the greatest joy is continuing to learn while sharing that knowledge with others.” My passion for early learning began after seeing the positive impact my son's first childcare experience had on our family, inspiring me to begin my own career in 2003. Over the years, I've progressed from educator to room leader and have proudly led centres as a Centre Director for the past decade. You'll often find me in our rooms supporting educators, lending a helping hand, sharing ideas and creating a calm, joyful place for everyone to learn and grow. Families might be surprised to know I have a 30-year-old son, and it's hard to believe he's the reason I first discovered my passion for early learning.

“I love creating meaningful learning experiences that spark curiosity and help children build confidence as they grow.” Watching children grow and develop inspired me to begin my early learning career in 2002, and seeing them learn something new every day continues to motivate me. One of my favourite parts of working at Busy Bees at Bayswater North is seeing siblings progress through the centre and watching the strong relationships between educators, children and families continue over many years. Outside of work, I'm a proud mum to three children.

Seeing the smiles on children's faces and the positive relationships built throughout our centre keeps me passionate about my role. Outside of work, there's a fun family connection; I have a twin brother and my husband is a twin too!
