Hi, I'm Nicole, the Centre Director of Busy Bees early learning at Beeliar Village. One of the things you'll love most about our centre is the consistency families experience every day. There’s plenty you’ll want to hear about when you’re reunited at the end of the day. Storypark helps you stay connected in between, with regular updates about your child’s learning, routines, development and special moments.
Our Beeliar childcare educators also welcome everyday conversations with you. Sharing information in both directions helps us understand how your child is going and respond when their needs change.
What happens at home can inspire meaningful learning at the centre. Your child’s latest fascination, a family celebration or a new skill they’re practising can all give our educators ideas to build upon.

Centre Director
Caring for others has always come naturally to me, being the eldest child in my family, and so after finishing school I began my early learning career in 2004. As a mum myself, I've seen firsthand how important the early years are in shaping children's confidence, curiosity and lifelong love of learning. I'm passionate about protecting the value of play-based learning and creating an environment where children have the time, space and freedom to explore at their own pace. At Busy Bees at Beeliar Village, we've created a genuine home away from home where children, families and educators feel valued, supported and inspired to grow. I also love mentoring our educators and watching their confidence and knowledge flourish alongside the children they support.

Educational Leader
Watching children learn and grow inspired me to begin my early learning career in 2018, and it's a privilege that continues to motivate me every day. As Educational Leader, I'm passionate about mentoring educators, helping them build confidence, embrace new challenges and continuously grow in their practice. I love creating meaningful learning experiences that spark children's curiosity, creativity and confidence. Working alongside such a supportive, long-standing team allows us to build strong relationships with children and families while creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and connected. Outside of work, I enjoy reading and performing traditional Balinese dance, helping me stay connected to my culture.

Family Advocate
I've always enjoyed working with children, so beginning my early learning journey in 2018 gave me the opportunity to make a positive difference during some of the most important years of their lives. After moving from Room Leader into my Family Advocate role, I discovered how rewarding it is to support families throughout their child's entire journey. Building genuine relationships and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every family is what I love most. At Busy Bees at Beeliar Village, our strong sense of community means children, families and educators truly know and support one another. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places, discovering new cafés and spending time with my family, friends and my fur baby.
