Hi, I'm Aleesha and I'm working toward a Bachelor of Early Education. Since 2015, I've had the privilege of nurturing and educating children, and have been with Busy Bees since 2017.

I'm passionate about fostering a love of learning through play-based experiences and open-ended materials. I believe children are natural learners who thrive in supportive settings, and by collaborating with families, we can support their growth and development.

Outside of work, I'm a mother who enjoys camping, swimming and road trips.

Hello, I’m Pabasara, (also known as Paba), and I'm Postgraduate Diploma qualified Early Childhood Teacher, who has been nurturing and educating children since 2023.

I’m passionate about recognising each child’s unique learning styles and strengths, and creating learning environments where every child feels valued, included and supported.

How do I enrol my child at a Busy Bees Centre?

The first step is to tour your preferred Busy Bees childcare centre. This gives you an opportunity to meet our educators, explore our nurturing environment and understand how we can provide an experience that is best suited to your child. After your tour, you’ll receive an enrolment form to secure a spot or join the waitlist.

Do you offer casual or part-time care?

What is included in my child’s care?

We provide what is known as ‘All inclusive care’. This means not only do we educate your child in a nurturing environment, our childcare centres provide meals and beverages, sunscreen, hats, nappy creams and kids Aeroguard for your child. All you need to provide is a spare change of clothes and any specialised products your child requires: medications, milk or formula.

How do you keep parents updated on their child’s progress?

How do you handle parent concerns or feedback?

What medical emergency and security measures do you have in place?

We follow strict emergency protocols and will immediately notify you if your child requires medical attention while contacting a doctor/hospital if required.

We have a First Aid Officer on hand every day at every childcare centre who is first aid and CPR certified, and we conduct regular safety training.

Each of our childcare centres has secure entry and exit systems, child-safe facilities, strict security policies and procedures, and trained staff to ensure your child’s safety at all times.
