Centre Director
After beginning my career as a graphic designer, I discovered my passion for early learning while completing my Master of Teaching and started my journey in the sector in 2022. Combining creativity with education led me from Atelierista to Educational Leader and now Centre Director. I’m passionate about mentoring educators to become confident leaders, but it’s the children who inspire me every day. They spend such an important part of their childhood with us, and I believe they deserve meaningful memories and opportunities to connect with the natural world. One of the things I love most about Busy Bees at Carlisle is our beautiful outdoor environment where children can explore beneath mature trees, discover wildlife and experience the changing seasons. Outside of work, I speak three languages, enjoy pottery and love to sing.

I always knew I wanted to work with children, and I began my early learning career in 2015. As Educational Leader, I’m passionate about creating meaningful experiences that give children a childhood full of joy and wonder while supporting educators to provide the very best learning opportunities. One of the things I treasure most at Busy Bees at Carlisle is the lasting relationships I’ve built with children and families over the years. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in nature, whether I’m gardening, hiking, camping or simply relaxing beneath the trees and listening to the wind.

I've always enjoyed working with children, so beginning my early learning career in 2013 felt like a natural fit. After moving into administration in 2022, I discovered how rewarding it is to support families in a different way by building strong relationships and being someone they can rely on. Knowing that even the smallest interactions can make a family's day easier, whether it's a warm welcome each morning, answering questions or supporting our team behind the scenes, is what keeps me passionate about my role. I love the warm, welcoming environment at Busy Bees at Carlisle, where you can see how much our team genuinely cares about every child and family. Outside of work, I enjoy camping, travelling down south and spending time with my family.
