Hi, I’m Grace and I’ve been working in the early learning sector for over 10 years.
Busy Bees at Glenroy Station offers an early learning environment where children of all ages feel safe and supported as they grow. Staffed by experienced educators, we create an inclusive childcare environment that nurtures and respects every child’s learning journey.
Our convenient location beside Glenroy Train Station makes drop-off and pick-up easy for families, while the curriculum combines classroom learning with outdoor experiences that connect children to their local community.

Centre Director – 10+ years of experience
“Building strong relationships with children, families and our team is what keeps me passionate every day.” After a successful career in hospitality and events, I was looking for a role where I could make a meaningful difference in children's lives. I began my early learning journey in 2016 as a student educator at Busy Bees at Glenroy Station, growing into Assistant Director before leading other centres and eventually returning as Centre Director. Coming back has been a real full-circle moment, with many familiar educators and families welcoming me home. I'm also passionate about Auslan and the Deaf community, and hope to bring that love of inclusion into our centre. Outside of work, I love travelling and making special memories with my partner and our three children.

“I love being part of each child's learning journey, supporting them to build confidence and seeing the excitement on their faces when they learn something new.” Watching children grow, learn and reach new milestones inspired me to begin my early learning career in 2020. As Educational Leader, I also enjoy supporting educators and creating meaningful learning experiences that help children grow. What I love most about Busy Bees at Glenroy Station is our welcoming, diverse community and the strong relationships we build with children, families and our team. Outside of work, I love travelling, singing, dancing and am always up for a new adventure.

“Supporting children as they learn, grow and build confidence has always inspired me.” I began my early learning career in 2016 as an educator before spending five years as a Lead Educator and recently moving into my Family Advocate role. and I love building strong relationships with families as we work together to support each child's development. Being part of a supportive team that truly cares about children, families and each other is what I love most about Busy Bees at Glenroy Station. Outside of work, I enjoy learning new skills, spending time with family and friends, and embracing new challenges.
