Hello, my name is Samantha Holloway and I am the Service Manager for Busy Bees at Mermaid Waters.
My childcare journey began in 2018 when I joined the foundation team of our beautiful Mermaid Waters centre. Over the past few years, I have had the privilege of working throughout various roles within the centre, caring for our future leaders — your babies.
It is my strong belief that children learn best when they have a supportive, nurturing, and caring environment, where they feel secure to explore and lead their own learning. I love slowing down and taking the time to create beautiful, meaningful rituals that show children they are worthy and loved. This is the type of environment that we at Busy Bees at Mermaid Waters strive to provide each and every day for your little rays of sunshine.
