Early Learning Centre
A safe, warm, engaging childcare and kindergarten for families in Moorabbin Airport.
Hi, I'm Tessa, Centre Director at Busy Bees early learning and kindergarten at Moorabbin Airport.
One of the things you'll love most about our centre is the reputation we've built over the past 17 years. Generations of families have trusted us with their children's early learning, with many continuing to travel from surrounding suburbs because of the relationships they've built with our long-standing team and the confidence they have in the education we provide.
Children enjoy enriching experiences that prepare them for school and life. Our unique Computer Gym program is recognised by local primary schools for helping kindergarten children develop digital confidence and school readiness, alongside Bush Kinder, Kids Pop, sports, cooking and Italian language experiences.
As a boutique four-room centre, every educator knows every child, creating a genuine sense of belonging where children feel supported, families feel connected and every child is ready for their next chapter.
We would love to help your family with your Moorabbin Airport childcare.

Centre Director
I knew from a young age that I wanted to work with children, and after beginning my early learning journey in 2004, I discovered a passion for mentoring educators and supporting high-quality learning environments. Over the years, I’ve progressed through a range of roles before becoming Educational Leader, where I love supporting and guiding educators, inspiring reflective practice and driving continuous improvement across our centre. Building meaningful relations with children, families, educators and students on placement is one of the most rewarding parts of my role. Seeing others grow in confidence, develop their skills and achieve positive outcomes is what motivates me every day and truly fills my cup. I love the welcoming atmosphere and positive team culture at Busy Bees at Busy Bees at Moorabbin Airport. Outside of work, you’ll often find me adding to my ever-growing LEGO collection or enjoying a good movie.

Family Advocate
I began my early learning journey in 2014 because I wanted to be part of children's learning and growth from the very beginning. Over the years, I've discovered a passion for welcoming new families into our centre and guiding them through their new journey of parenthood. The joy and smiles that children, families and educators share each day are incredibly rewarding, and I cherish the memories I'm creating with the children along the way. One of the things I love most about Busy Bees at Moorabbin Airport is our inclusive, multicultural community and the welcoming environment we've created together. Outside of work, I love being part of my three children's extracurricular activities and watching them discover their own passions.
