Hi, I’m Wendy and I’ve had the pleasure of working in the childcare industry since 1994.
Relationships and connection sit at the heart of everything we do at our Salisbury Downs childcare centre, ensuring every child’s wellbeing is prioritised.

"The laughter and chatter of children filling our dining space reminds me every day why I love what I do." I began my early learning journey in 1994, inspired by a love of watching children discover the wonders that leave a lasting imprint on their hearts and minds. More than 30 years later, it's still the children who keep me passionate, along with the privilege of leading a team of educators who bring their best every day. I love that Busy Bees Salisbury Downs feels like one big family. Outside of work, I'm a proud mum and grandmother, and you'll usually find me playing board games with my grandchildren.

As a proud mum to two boys, I strive to provide the same care and support I would hope for my own children, ensuring every family feels confident their child is safe, nurtured and known as an individual. What I love most about Busy Bees at Salisbury Downs is our spacious family dining area, where children and educators come together and centre-wide events create the warm, family-oriented atmosphere that makes our community so special.

The first step is to book a tour of our Salisbury Downs childcare centre. It’ll allow you to meet our educators and tour the learning spaces to see what they can offer your child. After your visit, we’ll send you an enrolment form to secure your child’s place or add them to the waiting list.
