Early Learning Centre
A safe, trusted, nurturing childcare and kindergarten for families in Truganina.
Hi, I'm Prabhpreet, Centre Director at Busy Bees early learning and kindergarten at Truganina. One of the things you'll love most about our centre is the calm, welcoming atmosphere our team creates from the moment families walk through our doors. From calming music in our foyer to the genuine care we show every child, we want every family to feel safe, supported and right at home.
Our long-standing educators are the heart and soul of our centre. Families trust our highly experienced, nurturing team to care for their children as if they were their own, building lasting relationships while supporting children and families in the languages they know best.
We celebrate the rich diversity of our community through meaningful cultural experiences, inclusive practices and shared mealtimes. Children enjoy fun, child-led learning experiences co-created with educators, alongside regular incursions and excursions that spark curiosity, build independence and strengthen connections with the wider community.
We’d love to welcome you and your child to our Truganina early learning centre.

Centre Director
My passion for early learning began with my mum, who has been an early childhood teacher in India for many years. After first studying electronics engineering, completing my master's degree and working as a university professor, I moved to Australia in 2016 and rediscovered my passion for supporting young children and their families. What keeps me passionate is creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels welcomed, accepted and confident to explore their potential. I believe parents are the child’s first and most important teachers, and I love working alongside families to celebrate each child’s progress while fostering a culture of continuous learning for both children and educators. I’m also an award-winning painter, and my love of nature inspires many of the learning experiences we create.

Educational Leader
I continued my early learning journey after moving to Australia in 2019, bringing with me a genuine love for working with children and supporting families throughout their early learning journey. As Educational Leader, I’m passionate about creating developmentally rich environments where every child feels valued, inspired and develops a lifelong love of learning. I love the collaborative culture at Busy Bees Trugania, where we work closely with families and the wider community to create meaningful learning opportunities for children. Whether we’re visiting the local library, partnering with community organisations or supporting children’s transition to school, every experience helps strengthen their connection to the world around them. Outside of work, I enjoy painting, reading, cooking and travelling.
