I began my early learning journey in 2014, inspired by the natural connection I have with children and my calm, patient nature that helps them feel safe and secure. What keeps me passionate is knowing I can make a positive difference in the lives of children and families, while also supporting my team to do the same. I believe first impressions matter, which is why creating a warm welcome, building trusted relationships and maintaining open communication with families are so important to me. What I love most about our centre is my team. They are like family to me, and the bond we’ve built is something truly special. We support one another, value open communication and are always striving to be even better. When I have the chance, you’ll find me on my PS5, exploring new places or discovering somewhere new to eat.

I began my early learning journey in 2006 and have proudly been part of our centre community for over a decade. As Educational Leader, I’m passionate about teaching, guiding and mentoring educators to create innovative learning experiences that support every child’s future learning and development. I believe children have extraordinary potential for learning, and I love working alongside a team that listens, supports children and families, and encourages children to be active participants in their own learning. One thing that surprises people is my love of classic cars. I regularly drive my restored 1953 Morris Minor and am looking forward to another drive across the Nullarbor for the National Rally.

I joined the early learning sector in 2026, bringing with me more than seven years of experience in primary education and the perspective of being a mum to two young children. I was inspired by the opportunity to support families through one of the most important stages of their child's development, and I'm passionate about helping children build secure attachments, develop emotional regulation and enjoy the fun of learning through play. What I love most about Busy Bees at Willetton is the happy, welcoming environment and genuine sense of community. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can see how much our team cares about every child and family. My favourite place to be is outdoors adventuring with my children, although I never say no to cheesecake or a relaxing face mask.
