Phil McKenzie

As the Chief Executive Officer at Busy Bees Australia, Phil brings a wealth of expertise in areas such as acquisitions, cultural alignment, and the expansion of existing services. He strongly advocates for close collaboration with educators and early learning services, emphasising their unique understanding of children and families.

Phil has led businesses in Australia and internationally, with his most recent role prior to joining Busy Bees Australia being the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Pacific Smiles, a multi-site dental services group, where he served for almost five years. Before his tenure at Pacific Smiles, Phil McKenzie spent two years in the United States heading AMG, an audiology support and services company. Additionally, he spent five years in Australia overseeing the pan Asian and Australasian operations of Widex, a Danish hearing aid manufacturer.

Phil McKenzie holds degrees in Management, Marketing, Business, and Commerce. Moreover, he is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
