Richard is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (UK & ANZ) with over 20 years’ senior finance leadership experience across complex, multi-site organisations throughout Australia, New Zealand, and South-East Asia. He brings strong expertise in financial governance, operational excellence, and strategic growth.
Richard has led major organisational transformations in previous CFO and Executive Officer roles, and keeps the focus on safeguarding, governance, and community trust. His leadership style is grounded, collaborative, and people-centred, with a strong belief in psychological safety as a foundation for high performance.
