My name is Tess Barry and I have been fortunate enough to be in this wonderful Early Childhood Education and Care Sector for 28 years. Families and children are paramount to me and the relationships we forge are warm and nurturing. Watching children grow and reach their developmental milestones brings me so much joy and inspiration.
I believe in continuous improvement through professional development opportunities which keep us up to date with the latest research and knowledge. I have a thorough knowledge surrounding the Government National Quality framework and was extremely proud to lead my previous service to exceed in all seven quality areas. I have established numerous, rich and meaningful relationships with community partners and I firmly believe in the saying “It takes a village to raise a child”.
Nurturing responsive relationships are our primary focus for our nursery children.
