My name is Terri Galbraith and I am very excited to join the Busy Bees at New Lambton team as Service Manager. I have an Associate Diploma in Social Science (Child Studies) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
I have been very fortunate over a number of years to have developed my craft of Early Childhood Education and Care in a broad range of leadership roles. Through these roles I have built authentic and meaningful relationships based on my core values of integrity, courage and grace. Respectful relationships that are warm, empathetic and caring are the foundation on which my practice is built. I acknowledge each child’s Family as the most important influence in their life, and encourage active contributions to children’s overall learning and wellbeing within the service.
My vision is to stand for excellence and pursue the big dreams with creativity and innovation to achieve greater outcomes for children, Families, our environment and our Educators.
I am very excited about the wonderful opportunities and limitless possibilities that are ahead, particularly meeting the teaching team, the children and their Families.
