Hello, my name is Colby, and I’m the new Service Manager at Busy Bees at New Lambton.
I am a passionate diploma qualified educator with 13 years of experience in early childhood education and care. My previous role was as a 2IC at Busy Bees at Salt Ash.
I am passionate about play-based learning, risky play, messy play, and animals. I value each child’s independence and believe children are capable and confident learners.
I am passionate about engaging with the local community and embedding a culture of inclusivity. I enjoy working collaboratively as a team and supporting educators to be the best version of themselves through continued learning and education.
My family and I are huge soccer fans; we all play for our local sporting teams. We are huge sports fans—go the Knights! We also enjoy camping and spending time together in the great outdoors.
