Hayley Couch is our passionate Service Manager, and has 13 years’ experience in the Early Childhood industry. Hayley and her team of qualified Educators take a play-based learning approach that encourages children to explore, try new things, and build their confidence for school.
Our amazing outdoor area is well equipped with a range of play equipment for all ages and a range of inviting activities, such as our vegetable and herb garden created and cared for by the children. Our extensive range of quality toys, natural resources and books are regularly updated, providing endless opportunities for children to play, learn and discover new things. We believe that quality early learning does more than just prepare children for school – it builds resilience, vital social skills and independence.

Hello, my name is Hayley Couch and I have the pleasure of managing Busy Bees on Bletchley. I’ve been working in the early childhood industry for over 13 years in a variety of roles, including training and assessment. I work closely with the Educational Leader within our Service, which brings me so much joy because I like being creative with play environments and guiding curriculum and best practice.
Every day brings a new adventure in early childhood and I enjoy watching the spontaneity children bring to play and exploration. With the support of outstanding Educators, my focus is to provide high quality care for children. I’m passionate about welcoming families to a Service full of fun, love and laughter. There is nothing better than seeing the children become confident and happy in their environment, and receiving positive feedback from Families about their experience.
I believe building relationships with Families and the community is crucial to supporting the development of children, our next generation. Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and professional theorists assists us to maximise play experiences for each child to reach their full potential. I strive to continue learning in my role and sharing my journey with you, so we can continue to nurture and develop our children through their crucial first years.
Nurturing responsive relationships are our primary focus for our nursery children.
