Hi, my name is Anita and I'm the Service Manager at Busy Bees at Warner. I have been in the Early Childhood Sector for 17 years and started my studies straight out of high school. I completed a Diploma of Teaching ECE and a Diploma of Child Care and Education at the New Zealand College of Early Childhood Education by the time I was 19 years old. In 2016, I completed an Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management with AIM (Australian Institute of Management).
I am married with two daughters (Georgie 9, and Bailie, 7) who have both been through ECE services and I understand the challenges of balancing family and a career. I began my career in New Zealand and moved to Australia in 2008. Over the last 11 years, I have been fortunate to enjoy many different roles in the sector, working as a Lead Educator, Assistant Service Manager, Area Manager and now Service Manager at Warner.
My most recent role as an Area manager saw me work closely with 10 Service Managers and almost 150 educators to provide high quality learning facilities and education programs for children and Families.
Nurturing responsive relationships are our primary focus for our nursery children.
