We can’t wait to welcome you to our Busy Bees family. Contact our team to book a tour of our Service today.
Hello, my name is Jess and I’m the Service Manager at Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale. I have been working in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector since 2017, holding a Certificate 3 in Children’s Services and Diploma of Early Child Education and Care. I originallt started out in OSH and Vacation Care before taking a step into the Early Childhood Education side.
I believe in taking pride in the diversity of our communities, being open to all Family dynamics, cultures, and religions. It is my philosophy that every child is their own person and all children develop in different ways, so what works for one may not work for another. It’s about adapting your teaching style to the individual needs of the child and Family.
When I’m not at work, you will often find me at my local cafe reading the latest book from one of the many authors I love, accompanied by Nana, my 3-year-old English Cocker Spaniel. Nana often enjoys accompanying me to work to visit all the children and staff, Nana loves to cuddle up to the children providing them with comfort and a calming presence.
I am looking forward to meeting you!
