My name is Ruthie Connor and I have been living and breathing my passion for almost 10 years. I hold my Diploma is Early Education and Care, and have worked my way up from an Assistant Educator to a Service Manager.
I believe the first 5 years in a child’s life are vitally important. With that knowledge, I strive to ensure a safe and enriching environment, set up with purpose, that feels like home.
I enjoy interacting with Families and strive to always build strong partnerships with every parent, carer and child. This is why I have an ‘open door policy’ that not only includes the Service, but also my office.
I have had the opportunity to work across 3 different states, which has given me many opportunities to learn about other cultures, traditions and religions. I work hard to ensure the inclusion and understanding of all enrolled children and their families, which I believe is so important for their development.
I am proud of the hard work that I and my team of Educators do to nurture bright, confident children every day. My staff and I believe in continuous improvement through professional development opportunities, which keep us up to date with the latest research and knowledge. We are always building and developing our skills as Educators to provide the best possible care and learning to children, so they can have the best start in life.
