Trainee Educator
Gain hands-on experience in early childhood education while completing your studies. As a Trainee, you’ll engage with children each day, helping to create and implement inclusive, age-appropriate programs and supporting the delivery of the Service curriculum.
Educator
Create inspiring programs for children aged 0-6, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework. With a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Educators foster curiosity, plan tailored developmental activities, and build supportive relationships with children and families.
Lead Educator
Lead Educators plan and implement quality educational programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework. They lead program development, ensure inclusion and support for all children, and communicate regularly with families about their child's development.
Early Childhood Teacher
Early Childhood Teachers create and implement engaging Kindergarten or Preschool programs for children aged 3-6 years. With a Bachelor in Early Childhood Educator, ECTs are passionate about supporting both children and families to be prepare for their next big steps in school.
Assistant Service Manager
The 2IC/Assistant Service Manager supports the Service Manager in daily operations and regulatory compliance. The Assistant Service Manager maintains strong professional relationships with families and staff to ensure exceptional care and education.
