At Elements Warralily by Busy Bees, you’ll find a warm and nurturing learning environment and inspiring learning opportunities for children aged six weeks to six years. Our purpose-built facilities are filled with educational play space and Educators who are dedicated to encouraging your children to grow.

At Elements Warralily by Busy Bees, your child will benefit from:

  • High-quality educational programs based on each child’s interests, abilities, culture and strengths
  • Passionate, experienced and qualified Educators and Teaching Practitioners
  • Engaging indoor-outdoor program that encourages exploration
  • Play-based program with emphasis on social skills and independence along with early literacy and numeracy

At Elements Warralily by Busy Bees, children will develop their imagination and creativity, their knowledge, independent thinking skills and sense of wonder through exploring their own ideas and interests. They are supported in this pursuit by a team of warm, nurturing, professional educators. This learning is facilitated in an environment that is friendly, homely, secure and inviting, rich with experiences and adventures.

We believe that our programs foster children’s curiosity and enthusiasm for discovery and learning, and cultivate learning-to-learn habits. Early childhood is not a time to emphasize learning achievement and competitiveness among children; it is a time to foster positive values about learning and to build a strong developmental foundation for a healthy, happy life.

My name is Dani Turnley and I’m the Service Manager of Elements Warralily by Busy Bees. Building relationships with team members, families, and the wider community is the favourite part of my job. Seeing not only the children, but their wonderful educators grow and progress is a highlight.

My name is Dani Turnley and I’m the Service Manager of Elements Warralily by Busy Bees.

I have been a part of Elements for 7 years, starting as a student to then gaining a position as an assistant educator in 2015. I then stepped into a room leader position for 3 years, for 6 months I also was the service Educational Leader. I’ve had the privilege of stepping into the Administration Officer for 2 years, before becoming the Centre Director. Building relationships with team members, families, and the wider community is the favourite part of my job. Seeing not only the children, but their wonderful educators grow and progress is a highlight.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family, exploring new restaurants, yoga, and walking my dog.

Our Philosophy

Elements Warralily by Busy Bees recognises and respects the valuable contribution made to our community by all participants. We are committed to improving and enhancing outcomes for all – for our children, our families, our team, our environment, our world.

Our Children

  • Are capable, competent, co-contributors who are active participants in their own learning
  • Are contributors in a program of open-ended learning and education experiences that takes account of the various ways children learn, that is based on their own interests and that will instil a love of learning and a belief in each child’s unique abilities
  • We aim to empower children with the skills and knowledge that will help them to develop mutually respectful and rewarding relationships with people who are similar to and different from themselves.

Our Families

  • Families are a child’s most significant relationship and a child’s first and most influential teacher. We are active in building strong partnerships and involvement with families on the care, nurturing and education of their children
  • We recognise that all families are not the same – we seek to build an environment that is inclusive, that recognises, celebrates and builds on the strength of the diverse cultural backgrounds, languages, abilities and special needs of all children and their families and our team.

Our Team

  • Our team members show trust, respect and support to each other and share our talents and abilities
  • We take an ethical and professional approach to children and their families and apply our knowledge and expertise in all aspects of our work
  • We have a strong commitment to the ongoing professional development of our team, so that skills and knowledge are constantly being challenged and updated.

Our Environment

  • We can support the future of our planet by educating those who will inherit it
  • We foster a program that seeks to build a connection with and a sense of wonder with regard to nature and concern for present and future sustainability through practice and promoting environmentally thoughtful practices (i.e. – growing plants, using tank water, minimising waste and using/recycling materials thoughtfully).

Our World

  • We acknowledge, respect and celebrate the culture and diversity within our community and beyond
  • We encourage children to develop a greater awareness of their wider world and how we are all participants in it.

We support charitable initiatives that are significant to our families and our team.
