Hello, I’m Amy, and I’m the Centre Director at Busy Bees at Armstrong Creek. I have worked in early childhood education for over 25 years, with experience as an Early Learning Teacher, Pedagogy Manager and Service Manager. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong passion for creating meaningful connections with children and families, helping everyone feel part of a warm and welcoming learning community. I believe children are capable partners in their own learning journey and deserve to feel safe, respected and supported as they grow. In my role, I’m proud to work alongside our team to create environments where children feel confident, curious and ready to learn. Outside of work, I’m a mother of three, a Grammy of four, and I love starting my mornings with a cold-water ocean dip. I’m passionate about making a difference during the most important years of a child’s development and I'm dedicated to creating nurturing, supportive environments where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to grow and learn. Hello, I’m Jenn a Bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teacher in the Foundation Room at Busy Bees Armstrong Creek, holding a Diploma of Teaching (Early Childhood) and a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood), who has had the privilege of nurturing and educating children for over 20 years. I’ve worked across a range of roles including kindergarten teaching, Early Intervention, Educational Leader, and Centre Manager and I’m passionate about creating a “home away from home” where children feel nurtured, supported, and safe, and I love building strong relationships with families. I look forward to meeting your family and ensuring your little one is ready to start their lifelong love of learning!

How do I enrol my child at a Busy Bees Centre?

The first step is to tour your preferred Busy Bees childcare centre. This gives you an opportunity to meet our educators, explore our nurturing environment and understand how we can provide an experience that is best suited to your child. After your tour, you’ll receive an enrolment form to secure a spot or join the waitlist.
