I lead with warmth, creativity, and enthusiasm, always striving for excellence in everything I do. I'm passionate about creating nurturing learning environments where integrity, mutual trust and respect are at the heart of everything. I am deeply committed to fostering meaningful relationships with both children and their families.

Outside of work, I’m a mother who enjoys music, yoga, and mindfulness meditation.

Hello, I'm Stephanie and I am committed to providing the best possible experiences for children and families.

I'm passionate about tailoring every experience and routine to each child's needs, interests and strengths.

I believe children are capable and beautiful humans who offer adults a whole other perspective. What excites me most about my role is watching children grow, change and become the best they can be.

Outside the centre, I'm an avid traveller and owner of two beautiful Cavoodle dogs.

How do I enrol my child at a Busy Bees Centre?

The first step is to tour your preferred Busy Bees childcare centre. This gives you an opportunity to meet our educators, explore our nurturing environment and understand how we can provide an experience that is best suited to your child. After your tour, you’ll receive an enrolment form to secure a spot or join the waitlist.

Do you offer casual or part-time care?

What is included in my child’s care?

We provide what is known as ‘All inclusive care’. This means not only do we educate your child in a nurturing environment, our childcare centres provide meals and beverages, sunscreen, hats, nappy creams and kids Aeroguard for your child. All you need to provide is a spare change of clothes and any specialised products your child requires: medications, milk or formula.

How do you keep parents updated on their child’s progress?

How do you handle parent concerns or feedback?

What medical emergency and security measures do you have in place?

We follow strict emergency protocols and will immediately notify you if your child requires medical attention while contacting a doctor/hospital if required.

We have a First Aid Officer on hand every day at every childcare centre who is first aid and CPR certified, and we conduct regular safety training.

Each of our childcare centres has secure entry and exit systems, child-safe facilities, strict security policies and procedures, and trained staff to ensure your child’s safety at all times.

This is a wonderful childcare in Bentleigh East. We’ve just started attending and our toddler seems happy and content.

The most important factor for us is really around potty training, as we’ve started the process of potty training our toddler at home, so we’re looking for a place that will continue to support him through that process. The centre has both child size toilets (that are easily accessible), potties (in three colours) and child size sinks that are easily accessible — sounds like a simple criteria but you’d be surprised. Most of all, the carers are friendly and supportive of the children’s development. The kids in the room are curious, chatty and happy — it is a reflection of the amazing effort that the team has put into introducing a routine, challenging and interesting activities to keep them engaged, and feeding them well! Keep up the good work.

Our boy started here 2 months ago and we are so glad we chose this childcare centre. It was only the second childcare we visited but we didn't need to search further.

Everyone is so nice, caring and friendly. Great atmosphere, always warm and clean, they provide healthy and nutritious food. They have great outdoor spaces, an art room, yoga fun, a lot of activities and excursions (e.g. park visits, and lunch at the local café). They care about the children and that makes it easier for us parents. Can highly recommend to everybody.
