Hi, my name is Eyitayo Ologan and I’m the 2IC of Busy Bees at Kalgoorlie.
I have been with Busy Bees since March 2022. l have an Advanced Diploma in Leadership and Management in Australia, which has made a positive impact on my understanding and guidance of a team environment. My Diploma in Early Childhood Education has taught me empathy for both young and old, respect for diversity, and being inclusive of all people.
I am happily married with two wonderful young adults. I am from the West Coast of Nigeria and was raised with high values on caregiving for children and respecting the rights and dignity of all children.
