Service Manager
Hi, my name is Jenna-Lee and I am the Service Manager of Busy Bees at Byford Central. I have 18 years of experience in the childcare industry and have two young children.
I joined the childcare industry when I was 15-years-old and I haven’t looked back since. I started my childcare career as a newly trained educator and quickly knew that I had ambitions to change the way we educate and provide safe and secure environments for all children. I have enjoyed watching how the industry has evolved over this time.
I am very passionate about ensuring that all the families that walk through our doors have complete trust in us to care for and educate their children, through our beautiful nature-inspired play spaces and our team of highly dedicated and passionate educators.
In my spare time, I love to explore the outdoors with my family. We love to spend our weekends at the beach and going away camping and exploring.

Assistant Service Manager
Hi, my name is Alisha Macaulay, and I am the Assistant Manager and the Educational Leader for Busy Bees at Byford Central. I have worked in the early learning industry for 11 years and have achieved my Certificate III and Diploma.
I believe in a holistic approach to learning as this supports children to develop to the best of their abilities in all aspects possible, as well as building unforgettable bonds and relationships with children and families within the service.
I am a mother of two children, ages 4 and 2. I am a very creative and motivated person, and I love to express that throughout my day-to-day roles.
