How do I enrol my child at a Busy Bees Centre?

The first step is to tour your preferred Busy Bees childcare centre. This gives you an opportunity to meet our educators, explore our nurturing environment and understand how we can provide an experience that is best suited to your child. After your tour, you’ll receive an enrolment form to secure a spot or join the waitlist.

Do you offer casual or part-time care?

What is included in my child’s care?

We provide what is known as ‘All inclusive care’. This means not only do we educate your child in a nurturing environment, our childcare centres provide meals and beverages, sunscreen, hats, nappy creams and kids Aeroguard for your child. All you need to provide is a spare change of clothes and any specialised products your child requires: medications, milk or formula.

How do you keep parents updated on their child’s progress?

How do you handle parent concerns or feedback?

What medical emergency and security measures do you have in place?

We follow strict emergency protocols and will immediately notify you if your child requires medical attention while contacting a doctor/hospital if required.

We have a First Aid Officer on hand every day at every childcare centre who is first aid and CPR certified, and we conduct regular safety training.

Each of our childcare centres has secure entry and exit systems, child-safe facilities, strict security policies and procedures, and trained staff to ensure your child’s safety at all times.

Since moving our daughter to Busy Bees at Cameron Grove she has absolutely thrived. The educators and admin are great. The day care centre is always very well kept.

The centre is well educated in all rules and regulations (ratios are great), my child is in the BEST care she could possibly be in. A massive bonus that we have not came across in other centres in the 7 years we've had children attending day care, is the technology side of care, the communication and regular updates are absolutely amazing. The educators put their all into each update about your child, which is easily accessible on a app. Although I could keep writing so many reasons as to why I recommend this centre, I do have to end this on another thing... I absolutely love the divine smell of the fresh cooked meals that will fill your child's belly!
