At Busy Bees at Campbelltown, your child will benefit from:
Our Campbelltown childcare centre follows a play-based learning program that includes the children’s interests and is designed to nurture their individuality, helping them to learn and grow at their own pace, in their own way. We believe that each child’s voice should be heard and incorporated into their learning journey and that each child develops their own knowledge, beliefs, culture, values and learning style at their own pace. We focus on teaching sustainability and respect for the environment through our compost, worm farm, and recycling program.
Our Campbelltown childcare centre is often praised for our passionate Educator’s compassion and dedication to nurturing children like they are their own, creating a warm and homely, family-like atmosphere. We consider a child’s family to be their first teachers and encourage families to be active collaborators in their children’s learning, growth, and development journey. You’ll be welcomed each morning with our complimentary parent’s breakfast bar to ease your busy mornings.
Our Campbelltown Preschool program is led by a Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher who is committed to getting your child set for their next big steps in school. We work in partnership with you to make their transition to school successful. Our quality learning programs are designed to build resilience, vital social skills, and independence, while preparing children with all the essentials they need to take their next big steps in school and life.

Service Manager
Hi, my name is Allison and I am the Assistant Service Manager, Admin and Educational Leader of Busy Bees at Campbelltown. I have been in the Early Childhood Sector for over 20 years, beginning with studying a Certificate III in Family Day Care, before completing a Diploma of Children’s Services.
I had a passion for childcare from a very young age, starting in high school when I studied a TVET course. My passion grew as I had my son in my early 20s—caring for him grew my passion for wanting to help educate, and open little one’s minds as they grew.
In my years in the industry, I have worked as an Assistant Educator, nursery Room Leader, and 2IC. I’m passionate about working with children and enjoy watching them learn and grow through everyday play. Watching a child grow from a tiny baby who is dependent on the world around them to an independent learner making new discoveries.
In my current role, I enjoy the administration and management side of the business while supporting and assisting Educators within all rooms to provide an educational program where children can become independent learners as they grow.
On the weekend, you can find me spending time with my family, friends and my little puppy: Max. From adventurous drives exploring our beautiful state, cruising with my husband, to hanging out at the beach, friends’ places for BBQ’s, or at a local venue enjoying a great meal and some music.
They go above and beyond for the children and treat them all as their own. Starting at the centre was made so much easier with a smooth transition due to how the staff made us all feel and since then it has only grown. I could not recommend Busy Bees highly enough for the level of care, compassion, commitment and respect they bring to the area.
Both my son and daughter are thriving and love attending everyday. The educators have been amazing — building genuine, caring bonds with my children. Everyday my children are welcomed with loving, open arms, and are engaged in exciting and educational experiences, and have their interests supported.
In the spirit of reconciliation, Busy Bees Early Learning acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and recognises First Nations peoples’ continued cultural and spiritual connections to land, sea, sky and community.
