Our Casey childcare provides exciting opportunities and challenges for children to play and develop. We nurture individuality, helping each child to move at their own pace, in their own way. Our newly renovated architecturally designed playgrounds offer a tranquil environment and plenty of opportunities for children to explore the outdoors. Our program offers choice, as well as a balanced structure of indoor and outdoor learning experiences. We’re proud to offer a music program every Monday, and our multicultural and bilingual Educators passionately teach foreign languages — Chinese, Indian, Filipino — through songs, books, and celebrating the cultures of our families.
We are proud to be a culturally inclusive day care where diversity is valued, and the cultural practices of families are supported. Situated in the heart of the community and close to Springbank Rise Park, our Casey childcare centre offers a tranquil environment and children can explore the outdoors as part of our community walks and partnership with the local library.
Our funded Preschool in Casey is led by a Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher who is committed to getting your child set for their next big steps in school. We work in partnership with you to make their transition to school successful. Our quality learning programs are designed to build resilience, vital social skills and independence, while preparing children with all the essentials they need to take their next big steps in school and life.

Assistant Service Manager
Hi, my name is Adrianne and I am the Assistant Service Manager of Springbank Rise by Busy Bees.
By the time my youngest child started school I had developed a passion and interest in Child Development and together with my love of children I decided to follow my heart into the Early Childhood Sector.
I have worked in the Early Childhood Industry for many years and in those years, I have worked across all rooms and ages as an Assistant Educator before receiving my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
My favourite part about being an Educator is that I get to follow my passion for educating and nurturing young children and mentoring other Educators along the way. I believe in providing a safe and secure environment for all children, families, and Educators. I enjoy building responsive, positive and nurturing relationships with each child in my care and developing positive relationships with their families. I strongly believe that when a child feels comfortable and safe, they become confident to explore, learn and grow.
During my spare time, I love to be outdoors in the garden, travelling, and spending time with my family and fur babies.
It’s a wonderful centre with caring and friendly staff who make a real effort to get to know your family.
I can tell that the educators here really care about children and build such great relationships with them. My boy is one of the "velcro babies" who wants to be with me and be cuddled all the time. The educators are so supportive and so loving. It is a joy to see how much my boy has grown under the amazing care he's received here. He now smiles happily and reaches for hugs from the educators when I drop him off in the morning! The centre also provides updates and loads of photos via Storypark which are just wonderful! A truly fantastic centre!
The staff demonstrate they are invested in children by regularly communicating and updating. As for the manager, they illustrate they are across all facets of the centre and ready to tackle any issues that may arise.
In the spirit of reconciliation, Busy Bees Early Learning acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and recognises First Nations peoples’ continued cultural and spiritual connections to land, sea, sky and community. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
