Centre Director
Hi, I'm Gouri and I've been educating young children for 7 years. I am passionate about creating a nurturing and high-quality learning environment where children, families, and educators feel supported and valued. Having previously worked as an Early Childhood Teacher before becoming an Assistant Centre Manager, I am dedicated to guiding and mentoring educators, fostering strong partnerships with families, and ensuring every child has meaningful opportunities to learn, grow, and thrive. I believe children learn best in environments where they feel safe, respected, and inspired to explore. With a Bachelor of Business Management from Japan, a Master of Business Management from Australia, and experience as an Early Childhood Teacher, I bring both leadership and educational insight to my role as Assistant Centre Manager. Outside of work, I’m a proud mum of two beautiful boys, aged 1 and 5. As a family, we love travelling and spending our weekends exploring new places, discovering hidden gems, and making wonderful memories together. I feel most proud of my contribution to Early Learning when I see children confidently exploring, learning, and building positive relationships in an environment I’ve helped create. Knowing that my support makes a difference to both educators and families gives me a great sense of fulfillment.

Assistant Centre Director & ECT
Hi, I’m Rikesh. I’m the Assistant Centre Director and Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) at Busy Bees at Crace and have worked in early childhood education since 2024. I’m passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence and a lifelong love of learning in every child. I believe strong relationships and a genuine sense of belonging are the foundation of a child’s development. Outside of work, I’m an adventure enthusiast who loves hiking, exploring the outdoors and seeking new experiences. I look forward to meeting your family and ensuring your little one is ready to start their lifelong love of learning!
