Our qualified and friendly Educators place the highest priority on creating positive, supportive and respectful relationships with children as we nurture them through their critical first 5 years. We follow this philosophy and offer children uninterrupted time for play, plenty of freedom, a calm and relaxed environment, cooperative relationships, and our full attention.

Our childcare centre has a focus on sustainability and teaching children the importance of recycling, conserving water and environmental education. Children frequently use recycled materials in their play, and water our gardens using water from the water tank.

Our school readiness program is lead by a qualified Early Childhood Teacher that focuses on developing children’s independence, self-care skills and sense of routine to prepare them for a formal classroom environment.

We can’t wait to welcome you to our Busy Bees family. Contact our team to book a tour of our Service today.

Tim Cantrill

Service Manager

Hi, my name is Tim Cantrill and I’m the Service Manager at Busy Bees at Crace. I have worked in the Early Education and Care industry for over 15 years. I have gained vast experience in the industry as an Educator, Educational Leader, Assistant Director, Director and Operations Manager. Now, I am excited to be stepping into the role of Service Manager at Busy Bees at Crace.

I believe the first five years of a child’s education are vitally important. When I became a father in 2015, I began to look at the role of the Educator in a new light and believe this has better equipped me to bring important insight to his role as Service Manager.

I am a big advocate for outdoor education, and believe that children can learn from all aspects of their environments and in everything that they do. I am also a strong believer that each child’s voice is important and that Educators can learn and listen to their needs to better address the issues which are relevant to their ongoing development.

I look forward to meeting you and your family.

My child settled in so quickly at Busy Bees, and I believe it's due to the wonderful educators, small class sizes and gorgeous surroundings.
