Service Manager
Hi, my name is Tessa Soris and I am the Service Manager of Busy Bees at Cranbourne North.
I have over 10 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care Sector. I worked my way up from a Trainee to Room Leader, which allowed me the opportunity to become an Educational Leader/2IC before being the Service Manager for Busy Bees at Cranbourne North.
Over the last 10 years, I have gained experience working with all age groups from birth to 5 years and I am very passionate about giving children the best start in life. Throughout the years I have been able to provide high quality education and care, and be a mentor to educators.
As a Service Manager building trusting relationships with all families and children is very important to me, as well as ensuring all families feel safe and included. My aim is to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment that is respectful and supportive to all children, families and educators.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my two young children, husband and extended family.
Assistant Service Manager
Hello, my name is Stacey Beach and I am the Assistant Service Manager at Busy Bees at Cranbourne North.
I have been working in the early childhood industry for the last 6 years, I started as a Trainee Educator studying towards my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and I worked my way up to room assistant, then to room leader and now to Assistant Service Manager.
I have a strong passion for building trusting and secure relationships with both children and their families, I have worked across the birth to five years age groups and I believe this has helped me gain knowledge and insight into the different ways children develop and learn, which allows me to create an inclusive space for all children in our care. It is important to me that every child feels valued and respected as an individual, and my aim is to bring that to any child I cross paths with whether that be short or long-term.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my two young children and partner, we love to explore and have fun with our family and friends.
I look forward to meeting your family!
We are so happy with the level of care our children are given and would recommend this service to everyone.
They have welcomed my family in with open arms and my children are always happy to be there. There is lots of good support and organisation for the community to get involved with the activities they provide in the centre.
This is due to the fantastic staff, activities for the kids, community feel and fun playground equipment. There is loads of room for kiddies to run around and they are always doing arts/crafts which my daughter loves.
You can tell the staff really care about the kids and our daughter loves it here.
Communication is outstanding and educators are passionate about programming and planning for each child’s individual developmental needs. I highly recommend the service to everyone to come and experience.
