Lily Jankovska is the appointed Service Manager with 21 year experience in Early Childhood Education and Care. Lily is supported by a team of 25 passionate staff, offering 94 places for children every day in Darch. Conveniently located next to the Darch Plaza, Busy Bees on Ashdale is close to public transport as well as schools, shops and parks.
Our welcoming and culturally inclusive environment gives children and families a sense of belonging. We love to welcome children in their home language to assist with the settling process. Celebrating the cultural heritage of our families is embed within our daily practice and celebration of special events such as Holi, Christmas, Easter, Diwali, National Aboriginal  and Torres Strait Islander Children’s Day, Raksha Bandhan, and Eid Al Fitr.

Hi, my name is Lily Jankovska and I am the Service Manager at Busy Bees on Ashdale.
I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and in the last 21 years, I have had the privilege of working in various roles within the centre with many being a part of the leadership team.
I believe in continuous improvement through professional development opportunities which helps me stay up to date with the ongoing changes within the sector.
Watching children grow and reach their developmental milestones brings me extreme joy. I strongly believe that children learn best when they have a supportive, nurturing and caring environment where they feel safe and secure to explore and lead their own learning.
The team of passionate educators we have at Busy Bees on Ashdale is my biggest strength. As Service Manager, I strive to continuously grow, challenge and connect with each and every member of the team. Together we make sure that the needs of every educator in our Service are met which in return helps us provide inclusive and welcoming environments to all children.

Hello, I am Annelise Frisina and I am the 2IC at Busy Bees on Ashdale located in Darch. I have been an Early Childhood Educator for seven years and hold my Diploma. As a long-term Educator at Busy Bees on Ashdale, I pride myself on continuing to nurture relationships with children, families, educators and the community.

I believe the first five years of a child’s life are the most important, and what they learn and achieve in these years will give them the best start in life. This is why I am so passionate about creating a space where they feel safe, secure and supported.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family creating amazing memories.
