Service Manager
Hi, my name is Carrie and I am the inaugural Service Manager of Busy Bees at Amberton Beach.
I hold my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and have been a proud Early Childhood Educator for over 10 years. I am very blessed to have had extensive experience in many roles in the sector as an Assistant Educator, Lead Educator, 2IC and most recently, Service Manager. I first came to Busy Bees at our Quinns Beach service in 2020 as Educational Leader and 2IC and I was lucky enough to step up into the Service Manager role temporarily. I am honoured to have since been appointed as Service Manager at our brand new service at Amberton Beach where I look forward to build a warm, welcoming and supportive community. I take pride in leading a dynamic, knowledgeable and friendly team of educators that celebrate each others strengths and support each other in providing the best quality of care possible.
I am particularly passionate about child protection and this drives me in my practice as an educator. I believe in providing a safe, secure, supportive and inclusive “home away from home” where each child is nurtured and supported to reach their full potential.
In my spare time you can find me at the ice arena where I play Ice Hockey, being creative and driving/looking after my car.
I look forward to meeting you and your family!
Assistant Service Manager
Hi, my name is Paige and I am the 2IC of Busy Bees at Amberton Beach. I have been an Early Childhood Educator for over six years and hold a diploma qualification.
I strongly believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment for all children to learn, create and grow.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading and spending time with my friends and family.
I look forward to welcoming you to the Service.
The staff always go the extra mile to keep the children occupied and facilitate their learning whilst also having fun. My daughter has been going there since she was one, the educators in her room are absolute super stars, if there are any dramas they will always call or update me via the app.
We all dread day care germs, but Busy Bees at Amberton Beach is a very clean service, my daughter hasn’t come home with any illnesses so far (just a cold).
She loves going to day care and that’s credit to the team!! The management team are always so friendly, greeting us as we come in and leave the service.
Their outdoor play area has sufficient shade, and I love the fact that babies and Discoverers share the garden.
The menu is lovely, and my daughter always comes home well fed and happy.
I love the updates and communication used on the Storypark app. The centre is always tidy and well presented. I love the outdoors area. The manager of the centre in Eglinton is fantastic and all of the educators there are great. I personally think they all do a sensational job. I feel confident my daughter is happy and building her confidence for this world. I’m grateful for all the guidance and friendships received since starting at Busy Bees. Thank you for all your hard work with our bubs!! I do highly recommend Busy Bees.
