Welcome to Busy Bees at Epping, where your child’s natural sense of curiosity and discovery can be supported by a team of knowledgeable and caring Educators who are dedicated to helping them grow. Our stimulating, child-centred curriculum is designed to challenge and extend your child, nurture their independence, and encourage them to become confident and active lifelong learners. Rebecca Salemi is our knowledgeable Service Manager, with over 10 years’ experience in the early learning sector. Rebecca is supported by a team of dedicated Educators and staff who strive to build strong family and community partnerships to achieve the best possible outcome for each child.

At Busy Bees at Epping, our philosophy focuses on the discovery an exploration of respectful relationships with children. We consider young children to be capable agents in their learning and strive to collaborate with them and their families to reach common goals. We follow this philosophy and offer children uninterrupted time for play, plenty of freedom, a calm and relaxed environment, cooperative relationships, and our full attention.

Our approved Kindergarten program is led by a Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher who is committed to getting your child ready for their next big steps in school, and work in partnership with you to make their transition to school successful. Our child-led curriculum is designed to build confident and active learners, using a holistic approach to education that combines school readiness with learning experiences that foster your child’s social and emotional development.

Hi, my name is Sunit Gill, and I am Service Manager at Busy Bees at Epping. I have been a part of the Service since it opened its doors in 2009. I began as Lead Educator and second in charge before stepping into the role of Service Manager in 2021.

I hold my Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services and have been a part of the Early Childhood sector for the past 18 years. I am passionate about providing quality education and care for all children through learn and play. I believe in taking pride in the diversity of our communities, being open to all family cultures, dynamics, and religions. It is my philosophy that every child is their own individual, and all children learn and develop in their own pace too.

As an Educator, I believe that we play an incredibly important role to shape future citizen of the country by supporting, guiding, and developing children’s passion for the love of learning, discovery, independent, courage, confidence and being resilient that gives them lifelong skills to navigate this world.

My goal as Service Manager is to create a culture of continuous quality improvement. I embrace diversity and communicate effectively with children, Educators, families, and the community.
