Sunit Gill is our knowledgeable Service Manager, with over 18 years’ experience in the early learning sector. Sunit is supported by a team of dedicated Educators and staff who strive to build strong family and community partnerships to achieve the best possible outcome for each child. The Service prides itself on supporting new families who are unable to speak English, through our knowledgeable Educators who can speak Mandarin, Hindi, Punjabi, Gujrati, Malayalam, and Tamil.

We consider young children to be capable agents in their learning and strive to collaborate with them and their families to reach common goals. Our approved Kindergarten program is led by a Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher who is committed to getting your child ready for their next big steps in school, and work in partnership with you to make their transition to school successful. Service Manager
Hi, my name is Sunit Gill, and I am Service Manager at Busy Bees at Epping. I have been a part of the Service since it opened its doors in 2009. I began as Lead Educator and second in charge before stepping into the role of Service Manager in 2021.
I hold my Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services and have been a part of the Early Childhood sector for the past 18 years. I am passionate about providing quality education and care for all children through learn and play. I believe in taking pride in the diversity of our communities, being open to all family cultures, dynamics, and religions. It is my philosophy that every child is their own individual, and all children learn and develop in their own pace too.
As an Educator, I believe that we play an incredibly important role to shape future citizen of the country by supporting, guiding, and developing children’s passion for the love of learning, discovery, independent, courage, confidence and being resilient that gives them lifelong skills to navigate this world.
My goal as Service Manager is to create a culture of continuous quality improvement. I embrace diversity and communicate effectively with children, Educators, families, and the community.

Assistant Service Manager
Hello, my name is Ying Li (Elaine), and I am the Assistant Service Manager at Busy Bees at Epping.
I have been working in the Early Childhood industry for the last three years. I worked my way up from a casual Educator to Room Leader and now 2IC. I hold a Diploma degree and I am looking forward to finishing my Bachelor of Education in 2023.
Away from office, I spend most of the time with my two boys—we love exploring Victoria through day trips and weekends away. In my own spare time, I focus on reading, drawing, painting, healthy cooking, and yoga.
I am enthusiastic in collaborating with children, families, and colleagues. I look forward to welcoming you to the Busy Bees family at Epping.
