Service Manager
Hello, my name is Ashleigh and I am the Service Manager at Busy Bees at Killarney Heights. I am lucky enough to have been working with both early years and primary aged children for the last 16 years.
I have had the pleasure of being our Service Manager at Killarney Heights since we opened our doors in September 2018. One of my favourite things about working in Early Childhood Education is watching the children at Killarney Heights achieve their developmental milestones and sharing these special moments with their Families.
I believe that the early years in a child’s life and their first experiences have a huge effect on their overall development, and shape who they will eventually become and grow into. It is a privilege to be a part of this journey and why I am so passionate about our industry, as are our whole team at Killarney Heights.
We have established strong and open relationships with all Families who are part of our community and really do believe in our own Service philosophy that we are indeed ‘a home away from home’ for the little ones in our care.
I can’t wait to meet you!
Assistant Service Manager
Hello, my name is Beth and I am the 2IC at Busy Bees at Killarney Heights. I have been lucky enough to have worked both in Early Years Education and with Primary aged children for the last 13 years.
I became passionate about working in Early Years Learning early on when I decided that I wanted to be a part of creating a welcoming, fun, and safe space for all children and families seeking care and education, as well as making a positive impact on the lives of young children.
I have been the 2IC at Busy Bees at Killarney Heights since we opened our doors in September 2018 and feel incredibly blessed to be a part of this community. One of my favourite things about working in Early Childhood Education is forming meaningful, respectful and secure relationships with the children and families who attend Busy Bees at Killarney Heights. I work across all age groups and have enjoyed building these relationships with all of the children in our care.
We have the most wonderful team and it is just a joy to come to work each day. I can’t wait to welcome you into our little community.
The director goes above and beyond for the children, parents and I reckon she would be the best boss anyone could ever have. My three boys go to Busy Bees they are incredibly happy there, and love their teachers.
In the spirit of reconciliation, Busy Bees Early Learning acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and recognises First Nations peoples’ continued cultural and spiritual connections to land, sea, sky and community. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
