Tamara Syron
Service Manager

Hello, I’m Tamara Syron, the Service Manager at Busy Bees at Pimpama. With over 20 years experience in childcare, I am passionate about fostering a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.

I am dedicated to empowering Educators and ensuring that children thrive while developing a love for learning. I believe every child deserves the best start in life, where they feel secure and families can trust in their happiness and comfort

Outside of work, I’m a mom to two daughters and two staffies, Shadow and Storm. I enjoy watching my girls play sports and taking family trips in our caravan.

The best part of my job is forming meaningful connections with the children and seeing their joy when they greet me.

How do I enrol my child at a Busy Bees Centre?

The first step is to tour your preferred Busy Bees childcare centre. This gives you an opportunity to meet our educators, explore our nurturing environment and understand how we can provide an experience that is best suited to your child. After your tour, you’ll receive an enrolment form to secure a spot or join the waitlist.

Do you offer casual or part-time care?

What is included in my child’s care?

We provide what is known as ‘All inclusive care’. This means not only do we educate your child in a nurturing environment, our childcare centres provide meals and beverages, sunscreen, hats, nappy creams and kids Aeroguard for your child. All you need to provide is a spare change of clothes and any specialised products your child requires: medications, milk or formula.

How do you keep parents updated on their child’s progress?

What medical emergency and security measures do you have in place?

We follow strict emergency protocols and will immediately notify you if your child requires medical attention while contacting a doctor/hospital if required.

We have a First Aid Officer on hand every day at every childcare centre who is first aid and CPR certified, and we conduct regular safety training.

Each of our childcare centres has secure entry and exit systems, child-safe facilities, strict security policies and procedures, and trained staff to ensure your child’s safety at all times.

I have been very happy with this Busy Bee's centre. As a nurse I have appreciated they way the centre handles illness. Any presentation of illness is promptly relayed to parents along with health advice. The protocols in place to stop the cycle of infection are also above standard. They also have an amazing chef and I would definitely recommend.
