Hello, my name is Clare Egan and I am the Service Manager for Busy Bees at Preston East.
I have not always been in the childcare sector; I started my career as a Chef and have worked in the hospitality sector 35 years, with the last 15 of those years in the operational space.
I am very excited about the new opportunity Busy Bees have given me; I understand just how important the early years are for development and learning of children, and I am excited that I can be part of shaping our future community. My plan for our childcare centre is to provide a fun, safe and family orientated environment where children can develop and grow.
I am married to David and between us we have three girls—Maddy (23), Madalyn (22), and Jasmine (21)—and two fur babies, Tilly a Papillon and Lola a Chocolate Labrador (Rescue dog).
I enjoy spending time with my family, Australian Rules Football (Geelong), walking my dogs, motorbike riding, camping off the grid, and cooking and entertaining for my friends.
