Service Manager
Hi, my name is Sunit Gill, and I am Service Manager at Busy Bees at Epping. I have been a part of the Service since it opened its doors in 2009. I began as Lead Educator and second in charge before stepping into the role of Service Manager in 2021.
I hold my Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services and have been a part of the Early Childhood sector for the past 18 years. I am passionate about providing quality education and care for all children through learn and play. I believe in taking pride in the diversity of our communities, being open to all family cultures, dynamics, and religions. It is my philosophy that every child is their own individual, and all children learn and develop in their own pace too.
As an Educator, I believe that we play an incredibly important role to shape future citizen of the country by supporting, guiding, and developing children’s passion for the love of learning, discovery, independent, courage, confidence and being resilient that gives them lifelong skills to navigate this world.
My goal as Service Manager is to create a culture of continuous quality improvement. I embrace diversity and communicate effectively with children, Educators, families, and the community.
I am looking forward to meeting you and your family!
She is so happy every time I drop her off and pick her up. The staff are wonderful and have all been there for many years which speaks volumes about the day care.
The centre manager is amazing! She has supported us through difficult times allowing me to drop my daughter off with short notice. She’s warm, extremely caring and sensitive to family matters. I would highly recommended this centre to anyone looking for an intimate run centre rather than a cookie cutter approach to early learning.
Prior to attending the Centre, my child had difficulty in attaining certain milestones at home. By attending childcare, my child's development went through the roof. She reach each milestone in no time and her speech increased two fold. We were extremely grateful and over the moon.
We also noticed that she development quite quickly in terms of writing and arithmetic. She was able to identify words and to complete basic addition by the time she reached the Kinder Program at the centre. That was a huge WOW factor for us because it showed that the teachers and cares were guiding her in the right direction.
Most of all my child was always happy when they attended childcare.
Everyone was so kind and so eager to help me with any question or obstacle I had to overcome. I am now an educator within the centre and I still feel the same sense of welcome and respect I received from the day I walked in as a placement student.
