Hi, I'm Dani, the Centre Director at Busy Bees Furlong Road. What makes our centre particularly special is the hands-on approach of our leadership team. Our Assistant Centre Director and I both spend time in the rooms each day, building relationships with children, supporting educators and getting to know families. It's this personal approach that helps create the strong sense of community families often tell us they love.
We also understand that supporting children means supporting families too. Whether it's Breakfast-to-Go, Takeaway Tuesdays, connecting families with additional support services, or helping children prepare for their transition to school, we're committed to making a positive difference in the lives of the families we serve.

Centre Director
Hi, I’m Danielle. I’ve been part of the early childhood education sector for almost 13 years, and I can honestly say I still wake up each day feeling grateful for what I do. Watching children grow, develop confidence, and become their own unique little person is the most rewarding part of my work. For me, early learning is about more than just care — it’s about connection. I love creating a space where children, families, and educators can grow together. Being an Educator gives me the chance to make a real difference, to be the adult I needed when I was younger, and to help shape the change I want to see in the future. Outside of work, you’ll often find me dancing — it’s one of my biggest passions! I’ve danced Jazz, Funk, Hip Hop (JFH), and Jazz for years, and I’ve even explored Contemporary and Ballet. Assistant Centre Director
With nearly 10 years of experience in early childhood education, including the past 6 wonderful years at Busy Bees on Furlong Road, I am passionate about creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child can learn, grow, and shine. As a proud mum of two, I understand how important it is for families to feel supported, welcomed, and connected. I have a special interest in supporting neurodivergent children and those with additional needs, and love helping each child build confidence through play, creativity, and meaningful relationships. When I’m not at Busy Bees, you’ll usually find me camping with my family, visiting our family farming properties, or spending time with my much loved dogs enjoying the outdoors. I love bringing that same sense of fun, adventure, and care into the classroom each day!
