Hello, my name is Karina and I am the Service Manager at Busy Bees at Smithfield Plains. I have worked in the Early Childhood industry for a very long time, where I have grown and learned a substantial amount. My passion has always been the nursery age, and I have educated myself in the Pedagogy of 0–2 years. Over the years I have cared for and delivered educational programs for all age groups and have enjoyed my time with each.
In 2019, I stepped up to become a Service Manager and challenged myself with mentoring our up and coming Educators, as well as to be an advocate for the children in our care. I am a mother of six children (four girls and two boys) and love spending time with them and my husband. Our favourite pass times are camping, football and watching the boys play soccer.
I look forward to meeting your family and looking after, caring for and educating your child.
