At Busy Bees on Bletchley, everything begins in the heart of our centre: a beautiful, light-filled family hub designed to bring children, families and educators together. With each learning space connected to this central gathering place, the centre has a warm sense of connection and community you feel from the moment you walk through the door.

Throughout the day, parents naturally gather in the family room while educators can often be found there too, sharing conversations with families before their day begins. Even the kitchen overlooks the space, allowing our chef to interact with families as nutritious meals are lovingly prepared. The rooms are big and spacious, with dedicated play areas per age group. The play equipment is always good quality and replaced when it gets tired. The kitchen facilities and meals provided are better than I do at home. It's a large centre, but with personal touches and we love it. Enough corporate policy to feel safe and controlled, but still warm and relaxed in the right areas.

Love Love Love Bletchley. The staff, centre, premises is wonderful. We had our now 6.5 year old daughter there from 18 months to 4 years and now our 2 year old is there.

Very impressed with the friendly staff who greet you and fuss your child on arrival and upon pick up greet you to advise how your child went through the day.

Photos are displayed with diary updates from the day so you can see your child having fun, keeping busy and interacting well with others. I have dropped in during nap time to be absolutely amazed at how the staff have the toddlers fast asleep napping.

Food is awesome as the chef is fantastic. I also love that some of the staff are the same from when my first child attended. Staff are well spoken, groomed, presented and just wonderful with the kids. It's a great centre with very good communication. Thanks Bletchley team, keep up the great work.

Hi, my name is Courtney and I'm the 2IC at Busy Bees on Bletchley. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is watching children learn, grow and develop confidence as they discover new skills and reach important milestones. I believe every child is unique and deserves the opportunity to learn at their own pace, with their individual strengths, interests and abilities recognised, valued and nurtured. Outside of work, I enjoy relaxing with a good movie or book. From the magic of Disney to the excitement of a great horror story, I love getting lost in different worlds and stories. These interests help me recharge and bring creativity and balance to both my personal and professional life. How do I enrol my child at a Busy Bees Centre?

The first step is to tour your preferred Busy Bees childcare centre. This gives you an opportunity to meet our educators, explore our nurturing environment and understand how we can provide an experience that is best suited to your child. After your tour, you’ll receive an enrolment form to secure a spot or join the waitlist.

Do you offer casual or part-time care?

What is included in my child’s care?

We provide what is known as ‘All inclusive care’. This means not only do we educate your child in a nurturing environment, our childcare centres provide meals and beverages, sunscreen, hats, nappy creams and kids Aeroguard for your child. All you need to provide is a spare change of clothes and any specialised products your child requires: medications, milk or formula.

How do you keep parents updated on their child’s progress?

How do you handle parent concerns or feedback?

You and your child’s experience are our main priority. We encourage open communication and are always happy to discuss any concerns or suggestions directly or anonymously using our Parent feedback form. The Service Manager at each of our childcare centres is the person you can liaise with in the first instance.

What medical emergency and security measures do you have in place?

We follow strict emergency protocols and will immediately notify you if your child requires medical attention while contacting a doctor/hospital if required.

We have a First Aid Officer on hand every day at every childcare centre who is first aid and CPR certified, and we conduct regular safety training.

Each of our childcare centres has secure entry and exit systems, child-safe facilities, strict security policies and procedures, and trained staff to ensure your child’s safety at all times.
