My name is Kim Livermore and I'm the Service Manager at Busy Bees at Springfield Lakes. As a born and raised Ipswich local, I am truly excited to take on a leadership role with Busy Bees as an integral part of the community at Springfield Lakes.
I hold an Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Education and a Certificate IV in Frontline Business Management. My Early Childhood Education career began in 1998 as an Assistant Educator, moving into a Lead Educator role and then to an Assistant Centre Manager. By the year 2005, I had found my feet as a Service Manager leading a team and growing a business.
I am fortunate that my life experiences and career journey have offered me the opportunity to build a professional career path in the Early Education Sector. I'm looking forward to this new professional opportunity to support the Team, Families and children who are part of the Busy bees at Springfield Lakes community.
I am a mother to 4 beautiful children, who each keep me extremely busy but very proud. In my spare time, I am a qualified fitness instructor which has been a huge part of my life for the past fifteen years. I am always striving to be a better leader, mentor, coach, and motivator, providing support and delivering a focus towards high quality outcomes in all areas of work and play.
I am proud to be part of the team at Busy Bees.
