Why you'll love our centre.

Centre Manager

Hi, I'm Michelle, Centre Director at Busy Bees at Warner. One of the things I love most about our centre is seeing children build confidence as they explore, discover and connect with the world around them.

Every day, children are encouraged to learn through play, adventure and hands-on experiences. Whether they're exploring our outdoor environments, participating in yoga sessions or developing new skills through our Bee Curious curriculum, there are countless opportunities to build confidence, independence and a love of learning.

One of the things that makes our centre particularly special is the way we help children connect with their wider community. Through initiatives like our pen-pal program with residents from a local aged care community, children develop empathy, communication skills and an appreciation for meaningful relationships.

Our experienced team is passionate about creating a warm and supportive environment where every child feels safe, valued and encouraged to thrive. For us, it's incredibly rewarding to watch children discover their strengths, build friendships and grow into confident little learners.

What Families Say.

The team at Busy Bees at Warner are just amazing, caring, nurturing people and I am so glad they have been part of my children's life so far.

Bradley Shannon

Amazing day care! The teachers here are all so caring and kind! My son is always a bit shy at first and he has adapted so well. The teachers always know just how to handle situations that may occur. They listen and understand the children's needs! Highly recommend.

Chloe Alexandra

After removing our child from another day care centre due to not meeting his needs, Busy Bees welcomed us at extremely short notice with open arms. Our son has opened up and made so many friends in his new environment.

Simon Hering

Great centre with amazing staff. They go above and beyond for the children and put them first. They have an amazing bond with the children and it gave me every bit of confidence in them to look after my child. You are all amazing and thank you for everything you do.

Cara Alter

Jess Stewart

I have never had people care so much about my kids like the educators do here. The best people and daycare centre without a doubt.

Hi, I'm Tamara and I am passionate about working in childcare because I believe the early years are the foundation for a child’s lifelong love of learning and self-discovery. I find it deeply rewarding to create a nurturing, engaging environment where each child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to explore their unique interests and abilities. I believe in maintaining an open-door policy that fosters strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families. I encourage open communication and make myself available for families to come to me whenever they need to discuss concerns, share ideas, or seek support. I am committed to listening with empathy, responding with professionalism, and working collaboratively to find the best outcomes for each child. Outside of work you can find me in the gym or going on walks and also exploring the beautiful beaches. I love to travel and love spending time with family and friends. In my time at Busy Bees Warner, I’ve learned that children teach us as much as we teach them. Their curiosity, honesty, and joy remind me to approach every day with patience, creativity, and an open mind.
