Service Manager
Hi, my name is Lenieve and I am the Service Manager for Busy Bees at Warner.
I thrive working with my team and families to provide a safe and nurturing environment for every child. Seeing children happy and content in their environment is important to me and makes me get up every day and do what I do.
I started working here at Busy Bees at Warner on my birthday, 10 years ago! I started as a Nursery Assistant while studying for my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, moving onto my Diploma and securing the Educational Leader role. This led to my 2IC position and later on Service Manager for Busy Bees at Mitchelton. I was very excited to return to Busy Bees at Warner in January 2021.
In my spare time, I love to spend time with my husband and three sons and am often out watching them play their sports. I am definitely a soccer/footy/cricket mum!
Assistant Service Manager
Hi, my name is Miss Belinda and I am the 2IC at Busy Bees at Warner.
I have been working at Busy Bees at Warner for the past eleven years and have twenty years of experience in the Early Childhood sector. I started my journey completing work experience and this ignited my passion to learn all about what the Early Childhood sector has to offer.
I completed my Diploma in Children’s Services and have used this knowledge to teach as an
Educator, Lead Educator and now in my role as the 2IC.
I am very passionate about giving every child the best start in life by teaching and guiding children to become the best version of themselves. Children learn best by doing and I believe a
play-based learning approach gives every child the opportunity to learn and grow.
I am a Mum of two and love spending time with my family. Most of the time you will find us
at the beach… that’s our happy place! I love to be creative and spend time colouring,
painting and decorating at home to relax.
The staff constantly work with his therapists to get the best from him and help him grow. They have never looked at him as a child with a disability like his old centre and this has helped him thrive in this environment. We wish we made the move sooner!
In the spirit of reconciliation, Busy Bees Early Learning acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and recognises First Nations peoples’ continued cultural and spiritual connections to land, sea, sky and community. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
