Service Manager (Acting)
Hi, my name is Amy Coleman and I am Acting Service Manager at Busy Bees at Warwick. I have been fortunate enough to be in this wonderful Early Childhood Education and Care Sector for 17 years. Staring my career off in a small rural town of Inglewood, before moving to Busy Bees at Warwick, where I have been for the last seven years.
Throughout my journey of being an Educator, I strongly believe that learning happens around the clock non-stop and is interwoven through all developmental domains.
My passion is held in helping each and every child develop and grow, watching them take their own path in life. Children thrive for assurance and acceptance; they need to be loved and cared for while they are enjoying an educational environment. Both security and trust are very important components, as well as my relationship with each child and their families.
I am very excited to be able to continue my journey with you all here at Warwick. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
Assistant Service Manager
Hi, my name is Emily Hoffmann and I am the Assistant Service Manager at Busy Bees at Warwick. I am a Diploma Qualified Educator and I have been in the childcare industry for 10 years. I have been fortunate to be a part of the lovely Busy Bees team for three years.
From a young age, I always wanted to become a teacher or work with children. I decided to take my first steps within the childcare industry as soon as I left school with a small community service and found my passion instantly.
I enjoy working and learning with children as everyday is different and every child is unique and special. I have a strong passion for being apart of what helps children grow and learn, as well as building trusting and meaningful relationships with children and families.
I look forward to welcoming you to our Busy Bees family at Warwick!
Most importantly, my daughter loves her time at Busy Bees and enjoys her time with her teachers and her little community of friends she has built along the way.
The educators are encouraging of her learning and growth, and she loves going every week. Very professional, good value and have never had any accounts issues or lost personal items. Can highly recommend!
My child loves the centre, the staff and the friends she has made in the kindy program.
