Hi there, my name is Michelle Winn and I am the Service Manager for Busy Bees at Woolloongabba East. I have been working in this position for two years and at the Service for three years. I have 28 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and Care.
I am passionate about this position because I understand the importance of family and family relationships. I take a holistic approach in nurturing these relationships through the children and the care that they receive at the Service.
I am passionate about involving the community in our service and building strong relationships. In my opinion, the key to managing a service is to be compassionate, empathic and understanding with children, parents and Educators.
