Follyfoot Farm Juniors by Busy Bees located in Fountaindale welcomes you with enriched learning environments, an interactive children’s kitchen, and beautiful natural surroundings — with a barnyard, sandpits, cubby houses, water play areas, vegetable and herb gardens, compost, musical chimes, and a teepee — where children are encouraged to ignite their sense of curiosity and discovery.
Our Central Coast day care caters to children from 0–3 years, with our original Follyfoot Farm by Busy Bees, located next door, catering to children aged 3–5 years. Both Centres provide the same high-quality education and care, with a shared vision and philosophy.

Our Central Coast day care follows play-based and child-led learning approaches. We strive for an effective balance between offering long periods of uninterrupted time for play, managing the daily rhythms, and being responsive to the needs of the children. We recognise the environment as the “third teacher” and are proud to enable a strong connection to the natural world. Our passionate team of Educators create an environment that emphasises values of respect, kindness, empathy and connection. These values are primarily fostered through access to our unique farmyard setting.
Located on a beautiful tree-lined rural road, our Central Coast day care is situated on three lush acres with easy access to local residents and commuters travelling along Enterprise Drive in Fountaindale. We are proud to provide an inclusive environment that caters to the unique individual needs, interests, ideas, cultures, values and abilities of each child.
The children are offered opportunities daily to feed our animals and care for their habitats, allowing them to develop a sense of autonomy; learn skills that promote independence; and learn about the impact of human activity on the natural world. This is an important value to embed in young children, as it is the crux of sustainability. We encourage children to have a sense of ownership over the Centre community to build their confidence and belonging to the environment.

Service Manager
As a child, I always knew I wanted to work with young children. My dream became a reality the day I walked through the doors of Follyfoot Farm as an Early Childhood Educator when I was eighteen years old. I have been with Follyfoot Farm for over 20 years and the passion I have for my job continues to grow.
After completing my Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching in 2017, I worked alongside the Service Manager of Follyfoot Farm as 2IC. When Follyfoot Farm Juniors opened in 2020 and the opportunity to become Service Manager presented, I took it with open arms.
Follyfoot Farm is my second home and I have loved watching how it has evolved and grown over the years. Seeing children I once cared for now working alongside me at Follyfoot Farm makes me smile. We have a dedicated and passionate team who put their hearts and soul into their jobs every day. I am proud to manage such a diverse, inclusive and caring team.
Our Central Coast childcare is so blessed to have such an incredible outdoor environment that allows the children to be completely involved in all it has to offer. Some of my favourite memories have been made here and shared with our beautiful children and families.
I am blessed by being a mum to two not-so-little babies, my now 14-year-old twins, Remi and Darci. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, friends and my 4 fur babies.
