Hello, my name is Mari Yaxley and I have over 18 years experience in the early childhood sector, starting off as an Educator and working my way up to Service Manager. I am absolutely passionate about ensuring children have the best start in life in an environment that fosters their inner strength and the special gifts they are born with.
I believe as a Service Manager, my role is to develop a team that is committed to providing the highest standards of care and education to our children. I believe this can be achieved through building respectful and reciprocal relationships with children and families where trust is the foundation for everything they do.
I feel extremely privileged to be part of the outstanding team of caring, loving and professional educators who go above and beyond their duties to ensure our children have the best possible outcomes in life.
Nurturing responsive relationships are our primary focus for our nursery children.
